Art Academy for ages 6-9: Art All Around (In Person)

Dive deeper into the world of art by exploring four key mediums: drawing, painting, printmaking, and sculpture. Open to ages 6-9.

Course Description

With two weeks dedicated to each of the four topics (drawing, painting, printmaking, and sculpture), students have the time and space to build real skills while having fun and getting creative!

Each class encourages imagination and self-expression while also introducing important art techniques. From landscape and portrait drawing techniques to three-dimensional sculpture designs, students explore foundational and intermediate level techniques for each artistic medium.

Along the way, draw inspiration from a diverse set of artists including Frida Kahlo, Yayoi Kusama, Ted Harrison, and more! This class is perfect for young creators ready to grow their artistic skills and confidence. / Materials fee of $6 is included in course tuition.

Open to students ages 6-9. Please review our complete Youth and Teen Policies as well as our General Policies prior to completing your registration.
