Art and Technology Concentration

Interdisciplinary Practice Across Physical and Digital Worlds

Rooted in contemporary interdisciplinary practice, Art and Technology students pursue development of their individual artistic voices. Students explore and investigate traditional and emergent art practices: from coding, interactivity and generative design, to sound, synthesis, projections and installations. This experiential approach allows them to critically reflect on, and engage with current social, cultural and technological landscapes. Maintaining a broad formal and intellectual approach, the Art and Technology concentration offers skills necessary to build a creative life across physical and digital worlds.
