September 09, 2025 Image Rituparna Rana MCAD MFA alumni Zoe Cinel ’18 is presenting their newest curated experience, Extraordinary Elsewhere, which features numerous MCAD MFA alumni, mentors, and instructors, including Peng Wu, Mayumi Amada, Shafrin Islam ’24, and Ivonne Yáñez. The exhibit's reception on August 23 featured an interactive tour of the exhibit with the curator and artists, followed by an interactive art activity in the studio classroom by Ivonne Yáñez that explored global narratives and artistic expression.The event finished off with a live performance by Rituparna Rana, based on her video piece, Rooted in Motion.
