Course DescriptionSome of the questions addressed in this course are: What tools, frameworks, resources, questions, and approaches help "operationalize" a commitment into a reality? And, what do leaders need to do internally to undertake this change with others?Develop the skills and acumen around cultural competence to understand and interact effectively with people from different backgrounds; recognize and address biases; dismantle the lasting effects of colonialism; implement equitable search, recruitment, and hiring processes, and make space for healthy conflict. / This course is a graduate level course and is part of the Master of Arts in Creative Leadership program.Open to students ages 18 and above.
