Bookmaking Workshop: Japanese Side Stitch Binding (In Person)

Explore Japanese side stitch binding (also known as stab binding), a simple, non-adhesive bookbinding technique. Open to students 16 and above.

Course description

This hands-on workshop will explore a brief history, engage in discussion and follow step-by-step demonstrations to create a handmade book. / Materials fee of $35 included in course tuition.
