Course descriptionInspired by superheroes, manga, graphic novels, and biographical comics, create an original mini-comic or zine to take home while building foundational skills in visual storytelling.Each class encourages creativity, experimentation, and self-expression while exploring the history of comics and the artists who helped shape the medium. Learn a variety of comic-making techniques, experiment with different approaches to sequential art, and discover new ways to tell stories through words and images. / A materials fee of $46 is included in the course tuition. / No class October 10.Open to students ages 9–12.
