We’re so happy to welcome our newest MA in Sustainable Design students! As always, they bring passion and a diversity of experiences and backgrounds. Clare AndersonMy name is Clare Anderson and I live in Golden, CO with my daughter, husband, cat and dog. I have been an interior designer in the Denver Metro area for the last six years, as well as a yoga instructor since 2010. My desire to get my MASD came from my passion in sourcing sustainably for my residential projects. There is so much to know and only so much I can figure out myself, so school is just the place for me to be. I am an avid rock climber and my family and I spend a lot of time outdoors. I spend a lot of time at the pottery studio, cooking, reading, and staying as creative as I can be. I am so excited to start my next career blending wellness and sustainability and making it accessible for people. The connection I have to nature is the driving force in everything that I do, and I can't wait to see where this course takes me. Ithaca College 05'-09'New York Institute of Art + Design 17'-18' Claire BroseClaire Brose is a Midwest-based graphic designer and photographer whose work is rooted in visual storytelling, artistry, and a deep connection to the natural world. With over 17 years of experience across digital and print media, she brings a thoughtful, intuitive approach to branding, marketing, web, and editorial design, while often seamlessly integrating photography into her creative process. A graduate of the Art Academy of Cincinnati with a BFA in Photography and the University of Florida with a master’s degree in Mass Communication focused on Web & Graphic Design, Claire draws inspiration from landscapes, wildlife, and cultures encountered through extensive travel across the globe. These experiences shape her artistic perspective and inform imagery that feels authentic, emotive, and narrative-driven. Through design and photography, she creates cohesive visual stories that reflect curiosity, exploration, and a reverence for nature. Laura MeikleGreetings! My name is Laura C.Z.
