“Career planning begins the moment you start your program of study—not when you finish.”

MASD launched their Career Pathway Plan in Spring 2025 Semester. Supporting students in their career planning has long been a central goal of MCAD and the MASD program. Engaging in career development can be life-changing, opening your eyes to possibilities you may never have considered.

What are you passionate about? Where do you want to make an impact? Perhaps you hope to leave a legacy for others to build upon. We hope students find this resource helpful as they map out their own unique career path.

There are many roads to sustainability—you just need to take the first step.

In taking that first step, Trish Kenlon, founder of Sustainable Career Pathways, will be our guest for the November 6th, 2025 speaker series. She will host a Q&A with MASD students to help them understand how to stay informed about the green economy and emerging job opportunities, while also learning about the current landscape, where opportunities exist, and how they can prepare to meet this pivotal moment in the green workforce.
