Whitter Alliance Invites Community to Imagine Long Term Alex Pretti Memorial

The Whittier Alliance invites the community to come together and imagine a long term memorial for Alex Pretti, the ICU Nurse who was killed in Whittier earlier this year during the ICE Metro Surge. So far they’ve held meetings with business owners directly surrounding the memorial and have organized a meeting for people with a personal connection to Alex, but now they’re now looking for thoughts and ideas from the full community.

The two upcoming ways to share your thoughts will be at their upcoming event at Yess Yoga on September 19, and via their online survey which will be linked below. The meeting at Yess Yoga will provide free food and ice cream while supplies last, but they also encourage completion of the online form even if you’re able to attend in person.
