Professor Emeritus Lynda Monick-Isenberg Announces 2025 Classes and Exhibitions

Visual artist and educator Lynda Monick-Isenberg, Professor Emeritus of the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, has announced a robust schedule of classes, exhibitions, and studio projects for summer 2025.

With a career spanning decades, Monick-Isenberg continues to explore the intersections of art, education, and community engagement. This summer, she will present at the Kennedy Center Education Conference from June 22 through June 24 in Arlington, VA, offering insight into drawing and scientific observation. She’ll also lead portfolio preparation and weaving classes at MCAD, and a mindful mark-making course for older adults through CommonBond Communities.

Monick-Isenberg is also exhibiting Lunations: 29 Days of Darkness and Light in New Ulm, Dreams with the Jewish Artist Collective across the Twin Cities, and a showcase of Japanese calligraphy at Homewood Studios.
