August 15, 2026 Image Melodee Strong ’06 photographed by Elissa Cedarleaf Dahl ’07, MFA Melodee Strong ’06, mural artist, illustrator, and educator, recently passed following her battle with cancer. Strong's works included over 60 murals and public art projects throughout Minnesota including George Floyd Square and Midtown Greenway, surrounding social justice themes and diverse communities.
