MA in Graphic and Web Design Alumni Hosts a Pocket-Sized Block Printing Workshop

AmyJo Flattum ’23, MA hosted a Pocket-Sized Printmaking workshop in collaboration with Design Camp. The workshop was an introduction to block printing where participants carved a design onto small pink eraser blocks.

Flattum is a self-taught printmaker who has screen printed posters for hundreds of bands, brides, and small businesses. Her hand-screen printed work blends nostalgia and humor with craft and grit.
