Julie Dirksen to Headline Core4

Julie Dirksen, an MCAD adjunct faculty member, will be headlining Core4—the Association for Talent Development’s three-day workshop for Talent Development professionals that focuses on the core principles of learning and development. Along with her main keynote address, she’ll be giving a discussion on The Science of Attention and Engagement for Learning.

Dirksen is a learning strategy consultant, a Learning Guild Guidemaster, and author of the books Design for How People Learn and Talk to the Elephant: Design Learning for Behavior Change. Her work focuses on incorporating behavioral science into learning interventions.
