Tom Gormally ’77 and painter Malayka Gormally invite the public to their compelling two-person exhibition, Inherit the Whirlwind. The show features work that addresses today’s socio-political climate through sculpture, drawing, and painting.

Tom Gormally's multimedia sculptures—such as Descending Storm, created from fig tree branches, and Saint Oil Baron, a satirical altarpiece targeting climate profiteering—offer a mix of pointed commentary and dark humor. His recent works tackle themes of political disinformation, fractured communities, and environmental crisis.

Malayka Gormally’s paintings, including Five Women on a Bench at Ellis Island, 1900 and Woman in NYC Shirt Applying for United States Citizenship, center the immigrant experience in both historical and contemporary contexts.
