Gene Bird Shares Art Collection at Collect Call

MCAD alumni Gene Bird ’00 joins numerous other collectors for the Collect Call 6, an exhibition series where the SOO Visual Arts Center invites Minnesota art collectors to share a portion of their collection with the public. The show allows collectors to showcase works that signify a lifelong commitment to the arts and the artists who ignited their passion for collecting.

This year collectors also invited those new to collecting to share new works that inspire them, ranging from vintage to contemporary. The exhibition runs from October 18 to November 9, 2025, at the SOO Visual Arts Center.
