Dear Fauna showcases in Paleo Art Show

Dear Fauna, by current MCAD animation student Fauna Ramussen, was featured in the Paleo Art show by the Otherworldly Arts Collective at the ALTR Gallery. The Paleo Art exhibit features works from 55 artists, spotlighting their shared love of dinosaurs and other ancient beasts.

Dear Fauna, is a 6-minute stop-motion animated film that portrays scenes of prehistoric animals in seasons and ecosystems across the late Pleistocene and early Holocene eras. It presents a series of beautiful, whimsical, and striking stop-motion clips depicting animals presented by her handmade needle-felted puppets, bakeable clay sculptures, and paper cut-out animations.
