Brian Kelly ’02 is releasing the second collection of his tattoo flash, The Cut-Ups 2: More Tattoo Flash from the Third Mind. Kelly uses the cut-up technique popularized by William Burroughs, though instead of words, he cuts up and combines art to make new flash tattoos.

His work takes influences from various American Traditional artists and motifs, though re-imagined with the unconventional technique. The book is set to be published by Schiffer Books on June 28, 2025.
