Talia Moreno is a Minneapolis-based artist currently attending MCAD. She started creating art in 2018, and her passion for graffiti sparked when she went to an abandoned mill with her friends. Drawing inspiration from Keith Haring, Moreno created a character called "Sout" and began tagging him around Minneapolis. Moreno attends MCAD in pursuit to put her characters on merchandise and create toys.

Moreno's work extends beyond her own studio practice. She is the founder of Wildocity, a creative production house centered on turning art into opportunity. She mentors young artists and helps them build their independent careers. She also served as a Production Director and lead mentor at Bridgemakers, a non-profit organization that empowers young at-risk people through mentorship, advocacy, and entrepreneurship.
