Bob Evermon ’63 is presenting a solo exhibition titled We Are the Eyes of the Stars at the Gibsons Public Art Gallery this spring.

Evermon’s exhibition explores themes of perception, consciousness, and humanity’s connection to the universe. Rooted in natural forms, line, and color, his work reflects on the human impulse to interpret, document, and find meaning in the world. The show’s title references a recurring idea in his practice: that humans are both observers of and participants in a larger cosmic story.

Based on British Columbia’s Sunshine Coast, Evermon is a printmaker whose career spans decades of teaching and exhibiting across North America.
