Allan Kohl Featured in Visual Resources Association Bulletin

MCAD faculty member and librarian, Allan Kohl, recently had his work published in Visual Resources Association Bulletin, an open access journal. His entry, titled Copyright Law and the Visual Arts: Legislation, Litigation, and Community Practice, discusses the history and evolution of Anglo-American copyright law.

His article is part of the journal's Issue Can I Use That Image? Copyright, Fair Use, and Rights Management. The issue as a whole offers guidance, analysis, and reflection on the state of fair use and copyright laws for the modern day visual artists.
