After completion of the Deposit process, you are assigned a MCAD Gmail Account to which all official College announcements are emailed and gives you access to the Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Calendar, Meet, etc.). In preparation for the start of your program, you are required to login to activate this account. MCAD's login security requires you to use multi-factor authentication to complete this process, and steps are listed below to select an authenticator app for your personal mobile device. Please read the following instructions carefully: Activate your MCAD Gmail Account Please go to https://gmail.com to complete the activation process of your MCAD Gmail account. Click Sign In at the top. Enter your short form** MCAD email address (emailed to you from Admissions) and your MCAD Login Password*. Gmail will forward you to the OneLogin sign-in page (MCAD logo on deep blue background). Enter your short form** MCAD email address: (emailed to you from Admissions) and your password. OneLogin will start the authentication process and will provide links to the OneLogin Protect App if not installed already.
