Patrick Redmond Honored at Printing Industry Midwest's 70th Anniversary

Former MCAD student Patrick Redmond was honored for his 60 years of work milestone in the graphic design industry at the Printing Industry Midwest’s (PIM) 70th anniversary celebration during the "Milestones" segment of the gala. He received a round of applause when a PIM spokesperson expressed in their speech, “As an award-winning, leading creative, he expresses his appreciation and gratitude for the many great printers he has worked with over the decades …”

“He is an enthusiastic, longtime advocate of the graphic arts, graphic design, creative art and design education, innovation, and the printing and paper industries.” Redmond's six decades long art and design career, so far, includes serving as a former American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) now known as the "professional association for design"™, Chapter President, former AIGA board member, when the Chapter was known earlier as the Minnesota Graphic Designers Association (MGDA), and former longtime member of MGDA and AIGA, as well as, during various years, a PIM Star Awards Competition Judge.
