Manoj Fenelon is a futurist and inner-space explorer. He believes we are living through interesting times -- when all we thought we knew is being turned downside up, resulting in much uncertainty but also opportunity for collective dreaming and regeneration.

Fenelon has dedicated himself to a mission of helping those who think they are lost realize they are not as lost as they think. He draws from his lived experience to design and facilitate and processes that contribute to the conscious evolution of individuals and groups, their collective imagination and actions. His service manifests through his teaching and research, foresight advising and consultancy, public speaking, writing and music.

Fenelon has led courses, programs and workshops for The New School (Parsons), the Graduate Institute of International & Development Studies in Geneva, Pratt Institute and the School of Visual Arts. His inquiries and practice center around compassionate leadership, regenerative design in response to complex challenges, and participatory approaches to social innovation.

Previously, Fenelon worked as a social intra-preneur within a Fortune 50 corporation, starting a strategic foresight practice to pilot more sustainable and equitable futures. He is a First Mover Fellow at the Aspen Institute and a sought after lecturer and keynote speaker.
