Avigail Manneberg is a Minneapolis-based artist who grew up in Israel where she received her bachelor in design from the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem. In addition to her master in fine arts from the University of Minnesota, Manneberg has a minor in museum studies.

She was the recipient of the Minnesota State Arts Board Artist Initiative, Visual Arts grant for 2018 and the grantee of the Human Rights Initiative Research Fund from the University of Minnesota for 2018. Manneberg lived in Berlin in 2009 and in 2015, supported by DAAD fellowships, where she studied at the University of the Arts (UdK). She has exhibited in the USA and internationally, including in Finland, Berlin, Cyprus, Beijing, and Israel. She works in varied media, such as drawing, painting, video, sound, and fabric. Her work focuses on themes of identity, migration, and memory.
