Adel El-Huni has lived and worked in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and North America. Throughout his career he have moved seamlessly between private, public and social sectors globally.

In El-Huni's professional and entrepreneurial career he has led efforts in human-centered design, social impact, DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), fintech, digital transformation, circular economy, surgical application of emerging technology, catalyzing future foresight initiatives as well as leveraged his experience in business growth, finance, public affairs, design thinking, sociopreneurship, impact investing, and strategic philanthropy throughout the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and North America. 

El-Huni's expertise has been leveraged by Facebook, IDEO, EY, and the Dubai government among other change making entities to tackle some of their most challenging global initiatives including social impact strategies, financial inclusion, catalyzing purpose driven corporate cultures, and socioeconomic development. 

He was recently selected as part of the Leadership Accelerator at Rare with Google to promote the work and impact of underrepresented individuals in the creative and technology sectors. El-Huni was also selected as an Aspen Ideas Festival Scholar in 2018 for his work with refugees and honored with the Prince Al-Waleed Bin Talal Philanthropy Fellowship in 2010. El-Huni received his Masters in Public Affairs summa cum laude from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and has been frequently requested to lecture on topics related to human centered social impact, aligning purpose and profit, innovation in impact investing, inclusion and equity, crowdsourcing in public policy, future foresights, digital transformation and co creation in public/private/social sectors. 

Some of El-Huni's latest initiatives include catalyzing Palmwood a design thinking led initiative (Joint Venture between IDEO and Dubai Future Foundation) to promote innovative public policies and socioeconomic solutions in government, private and social sector as well as co-founding SEED Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center which focused on addressing youth unemployment in Middle East, and Africa via lean methodologies.
