As a Jr Designer I get to sit in on client meeting and contribute to the design process of either revamping their website or starting one from scratch.How did you get your job?ConnectionsHow long ago did you graduate from MCAD?Less than one year agoWhat was your major and how did you choose it?Graphic Designer, someone once told me that if you have a graphic design degree you can do anything and I ran with that haha.Who was your favorite faculty member and why?Jan Jancourt. You can really feel he cares about your growth as a designer and does an excellent job explaining himself and teaching you how to be better. Describe your internship(s).I studied abroad in Italy, self published a photo book of my time there. Best experience of my life.Best thing you ever found on the free shelf?Never looked around 😩What have you learned since graduating from MCAD?Connections are one of your biggest assets.Did MCAD prepare you for life after graduation? In what way?I feel like it did! Sitting in meetings I actually know exactly what to do and how to do it!Is there anything you wish you knew when you were an MCAD student?I wish I wasn’t so shy to be honest! Make friends with everyone!!Your biggest takeaway from MCAD?Work hard, it shows.What accomplishment are you most proud of?I’m very proud of my self-published photo book!
