Course DescriptionFor centuries artists have demonstrated that watercolor techniques give students a deeper understanding when working with oil or acrylic paints. Learn the essential skills needed to gain a full understanding of watercolor painting, including color theory, brushwork, and how to transfer an image for painting. Throughout the class, gain experience and use mistakes as the basis of learning. Class time is spent on demonstrations, lecture, studio time, and critique. / Materials fee of $33 is included in course tuition.Open to students ages 16 and above.
