Course descriptionDiscover the significance of Minnesota agates through watercolor painting. Discuss the formation and collection of agates. Learn traditional and non-traditional approaches to watercolor painting, while exploring line, color and texture. Learn traditional techniques such as wet on wet, wet on dry, and dry brush through demonstration.The workshop's project blends fine art and natural history, giving educators creative skills and tools to bring back to the classroomOpen to students ages 18 and above.
