Mike Nelson's New Film: Beware Boiúna

Mike P. Nelson's ’05 next feature film, Beware Boiúna, will be released in theaters on October 2, 2026. Nelson and his crew filmed the movie in Colombia, mostly in the Amazon rainforest and river.

The film follows a team of doctors on a mission in the Amazon, but their sudden appearance draws the attention of a truck-sized, mythological snake known as the Boiúna.
