MCAD Alumni Present "MEXIMALISMO" in Group Exhibition

MEXIMALISMO, an exhibition and fashion show inspired by Mexican maximalism, a vibrant cultural and design movement, adapted to feature the work of 20+ artists including Daniel Acevedo ’26, Christopher Alday ’13, Graciela DeAnda ’26, MFA, Izzy Leto ’26, Mikhamik ’25, Sofia Vasquez ’26, and Ivonne Yanez ’23, MFA. The artists in this exhibition represent cultures from across Latin American through “more is more” aesthetics, bold colors, rich textures, artisan craftsmanship, and popular culture symbols.

The artists recently celebrated the opening reception and fashion show on August 15. The show will remain open through September 12, 2026.
