Henry Labounta ’82 is featured in Prairea, a group exhibition at Q.arma Building, where his latest installation highlights themes of sustainability and personal reflection.

Labounta’s piece, Les Feuilles Mortes, is constructed from found materials gathered during environmental cleanup efforts in Minneapolis’s Uptown neighborhood. Incorporating discarded objects alongside natural elements such as birch branches and winter berries, the work transforms debris into a contemplative sculptural environment.
