Nina worked with some of the world's leading brands to develop and execute successful digital sales strategies. In 2014, she converted her agency to a 100% Employee Stock Ownership Plan, and later oversaw the transition to a new CEO. She completed her exit in 2021. She is a former board member of the Walker Art Center, American Craft Council, and Planned Parenthood of Minnesota, North and South Dakota, and Minnesota Center for Employee Ownership. Nina has a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Carlson School of Management. As a lifelong learner and maker, today Nina is a philanthropist, international birder, nature photographer, seamstress, upholsterer, and jewelry designer.
