Entrepreneurial Studies

Preparing for
a Professional
Creative Life

Creative practitioners are needed more than ever to tackle complex projects and issues in society. An ever-changing world calls for adaptable, creative thinkers and innovators who know how to collaborate, problem-solve, and put plans into action. In the Entrepreneurial Studies program, students gain hands-on experience connecting their creative practice –or practices–within social, environmental, and professional contexts. As MCAD's only Bachelor of Science degree, and the region's only art-and-design college with this type of program, this major offers a unique opportunity to apply creativity, strategy, and innovation to client- or community-based projects.
