Key to a successful digital marketing campaign is being able to understand how advertising or other online content is performing. Course DescriptionThis requires understanding how to “get behind the numbers”. During this course students are introduced to digital analytics for tracking, monitoring, and evaluating digital (online) behavior. Learn how to apply analytics tools to determine KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), identify and respond to trends, and create “actionable” reports to determine effectiveness. This knowledge helps professionals make appropriate recommendations and data-driven decisions to improve and optimize online (digital) activities. Upon completion of this course, students are able to understand various analytics tools such as Google Analytics and be able to secure a ‘Google Analytics for Beginners” certification.Open to students ages 18 and above.
