Describe the work you submitted for merits.

I like demonstrating forces acting upon materials in a timeframe that allows people to appreciate their presence in everyday life.

What's next for your practice? Anything you're really excited to make?

I'm excited to get back to using a full suite of tools post-covid.

Why did you decide to come to MCAD?

I liked the facilities.

Favorite thing about college life (so far)?

Club activities are a blast.

What's the best thing you've got from MCAD's free shelf?

I actually take a lot of materials for my works off the free shelf, but as far as a single item: a PS2 and a ton of games.

Anything you're obsessed with at the moment?

Poker.

What inspires you?

Honestly? NPR.

Do you have a favorite piece you've made? Describe it!

It's really hard to choose, but it might be a set of block oil prints I made of a bright orange-yellow stick figure with green cactus genitals (I swear it made sense within the context of the project).

What's your favorite joke?

Tell the other person you have a good knock knock joke, but they have to start it. Laugh after asking "who's there?"Â
