2024 earth day cleanup

This past Earth Day, Monday, April 22, MCAD and community members joined together to make a difference in our own backyard. Led by visual effects master and local “Trash Hero of Uptown” (a.k.a. Henry LaBounta ‘82 who removes several tons of garbage from Lake of the Isles), folks were able to clean up 70 gallons of garbage from the MCAD campus and surrounding Whittier neighborhood.
