Course descriptionDuring visits to the University of Minnesota's College of Biological Sciences Conservatory, engage in the opportunity to create studies varying from timed observational contour drawings to fully formed experimentations. This course provides an excellent opportunity for students to develop and enhance an ability to observe and study the details of a given object. In addition to observational drawing, learn and engage with a variety of experimental techniques. Botanical drawing is a valuable way to refine a drawing practice, to learn to see with a more focused lens, and to use drawing as a way to explore and learn about the world around. / A materials fee of $6 and a facilities fee of $46 are included in the course tuition.Open to students ages 18 and above.
