May 29, 2026 Image Madison Rubenstein ’13 Madison Rubenstein ’13 was featured in Lavender Magazine as one of the queer artists at Art-a-Whirl 2026. They discussed the intersectionality of their art as a disabled queer person, and how they view their arts creation as an act of survival. Being an artist also help accommodates their chronic illness flare ups, since they’re able to determine their own hours.This year will be their 12th year participating in art a whirl following their graduation from MCAD.
