Ella Vance ’15 has been selected for the 5th Cinephilia Lab hosted by Cinephilia Productions. Cinephilia Lab is a four-month program designed to develop and package narrative feature film projects by Cinephilia fellows.

Vance’s selected debut feature film, The Girl of 100 Rooms, focuses on a journalist who returns to her hometown to investigate a missing teenage girl, only to enter a dreamlike maze of suppressed memories where reality and trauma begin to blur. To find the missing girl, she must confront the fractured rooms of her own psyche—and finally find herself.
