My job entails working with Carleton's talented communications team to: - Lead the strategy to ensure brand integrity, visual excellence, and intuitive user experience are present across Carleton’s print and digital communications channels.- Guide major design projects and create compelling designs for both print and digital uses.- Get to know and share the diverse perspectives and experiences that make Carleton College unique and one of the best liberal arts colleges in the country. It's not enough to have a beautiful portfolio; you need to be able to explain your thinking and how you approach your work.
