BINGER ANIMATION MERIT SCHOLARSHIP Describe the work you submitted for merits. I wanted to incorporate not only my best work but work that shows the variety of what I've learned in the animation program at MCAD. In addition to actual animation, I submitted character designs, storyboards, and gesture drawings that were important to developing my portfolio. Why did you decide to come to MCAD? I'm originally from Georgia, so a lot of people have asked why I decided to move to Minnesota. Originally, I wanted to learn about comics. I decided on animation after taking a few classes and learning about the program. What are your plans for your senior year? And beyond? To try my best! With this field I'm not sure how things are going to pan out, but I know for sure that I never want to stop animating. Favorite thing about college life (so far)? Having access to MCAD's campus and facilities. What's the best thing you've got from MCAD's free shelf? Two pairs of jeans that actually fit perfectly. Anything you're obsessed with at the moment?
