Lisa Troutman leaped into her career as an illustrator, and subsequently a graphic recorder, by mixing a life-long love of drawing with a degree in product design, tons of continuing education, and practical experience. In illustration, Troutman has found the ideal crossroads at which she can pursue high energy projects with quick timelines while amplifying important messages, particularly from underrepresented voices, making them memorable, portable, and palatable. Troutman's clients include 3M, Aveda, Best Buy, Prezi, and Target, among many others. She most recently illustrated a book by Chef Andrew Zimmern.
