Housing Information

for Admitted Students

Priority Deadline for Fall 2010 Housing Applications is May 1, 2010.

Fall 2010 Housing Move-In Day is Friday, August 20th, 2010.

MCAD provides apartment-style housing for more than 275 students in co-educational buildings located just 100 yards from the College's Main Building.

Competitively priced, apartments are available in single, double, triple and quad occupancies. Unfurnished apartments have a bathroom and kitchen with a refrigerator and range. Furnished apartments also have single beds, dressers, tables, a couch and a dinette set. Each building has self-locking entry doors, coin-operated laundry facilities, soft drink and snack machines and locked mailboxes. Check out more photos from student housing.

Upper-level MCAD students serve as resident assistants (RAs). RAs provide advice and referrals and supervise each building. RAs also organize social and informational meetings to help residents get to know one another, the campus and the Twin Cities.

The one-page lead-based paint acknowledgement form is required to be turned in with your housing application.
