Online Application

This application begins the admissions process for all prospective BFA, BS and MFA students. Please read the application requirements checklist for the BFA program, BS program, or MFA program to complete your application to MCAD.

Online Application Form Instructions:

Before starting the online application form, please compile all needed information to apply. Note that once you have started the online application form, you must finish it in one sitting or it will time-out for your safety. Do not use your browser's back button or you will lose all entered information. Do not copy and paste information into the online form.

Needed Application Form Information:

• Name, Date of Birth, and Contact Information - Phone Number and Permanent Mailing Address
• Email*
• Social Security Number or Permanent Resident Number
• High School, High School Art Teacher name(s), and Career Counselor name(s)
• College(s) attended
• Program - Undergraduate (BFA or BS) or Graduate (MFA)
• Major
• Start date - Undergraduate (Fall or Spring) or Graduate (Fall Only)
• Undergraduate applicants under the age of 24 - Parent or guardian name and contact information, including parent/guardian email
• Graduate applicants - Provide a short description of the area in which you intend to study
• Valid credit card number- Application fee of $50

After submitting your application you will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail. You will also be contacted by your admissions counselor in one week with the next steps to complete the admissions process.

This is a secure form. MCAD strictly adheres to all rules and regulations regarding student privacy under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
