Reception: Made at MCAD

Join us for a reception to celebrate our two outstanding student shows in MCAD Gallery: "Made at MCAD" and "Panels Without Borders."

MCAD's annual juried student exhibition, "Made at MCAD" is this year juried by Walker Art Center Assistant Curator Yasmil Raymond and Twin Cities illustrator Eric Hanson. This exhibition presents work by artists from all class years and departments. "Made at MCAD" runs from Feb. 29 through March 30.

Curated by MCAD student Ed Moorman, "Panels Without Borders" explores the wide world of possibilities open to the contemporary comics artist. From art panels to traditional bound comic books, this selection of works, drawn from across disciplines, pushes the boundaries of sequential art. "Panels Without Borders" runs from Feb. 29 through March 23.

This reception is free and open to the public. Click for gallery hours and directions to campus.
